Refund Policy

When you can get your money back for hosting and for design and development work.

Last updated:

I’d rather you were happy with a service than stuck with one. Here is when refunds apply.

Hosting

  • First order, 7 days. If you’re a new customer and you cancel within 7 days of your first order, I’ll refund the hosting fee in full.
  • Renewals. Renewals aren’t refundable once they’ve been charged. To avoid an unwanted renewal, cancel before the renewal date. You’ll get a reminder before every renewal.
  • Domains and third-party fees. Domain registrations, certificates bought separately and other third-party charges are not refundable once they’ve been processed.
  • Problems on my side. If a service can’t be delivered as described and I can’t fix it, I’ll refund the unused part of what you paid.

Web design and development

  • Before work starts: a full refund of anything you paid.
  • While work is in progress: you pay for the stages already delivered; I refund the rest.
  • After delivery and final payment: the work is complete and isn’t refundable. If something doesn’t match the written offer, I’ll correct it at no cost.

How to ask

Write to me@wajdi.dev with your order details and the reason. I’ll reply with a decision, usually quickly. Approved refunds go back through the same method you paid with, or an equivalent one when that isn’t possible.

Payment fees

Fees charged by your bank or payment provider, such as transfer or network fees, are not refundable.
