Privacy Policy

I keep this site simple, and that includes your data. Here is exactly what happens to it.

Browsing the site

• No tracking. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking tools on this site, and no third-party scripts. Fonts and search run from the site itself.
• Two small preferences in your browser. Your theme (light or dark) and your language choice are saved in your browser’s local storage so the site remembers them. They never leave your device.
• Server logs. Like any website, the server records technical details of each request (IP address, page, time, browser type) for security and troubleshooting. These logs are kept for a limited time and are not used to profile you.

The quote form

When you send a quote request I receive: your name, how to contact you, what you need, your budget and timeline if you gave them, and your message.

• It reaches me through a private messaging bot (Telegram), and by email if that fails. That means the text passes through the servers of those services on its way to me.
• I use it only to reply to you and to prepare your offer.
• To limit spam, the form temporarily stores a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address, never the address itself, to count how many requests come from one connection.

Contacting me directly

If you write to me by email, WhatsApp or Telegram, I get whatever those services show me about you (such as your name and number or username) plus your message. I use it to answer you.

The client portal and orders

Hosting is ordered and managed in the client portal. There you provide your name, address, email, phone number and payment details so that your services can be created and billed. This information is processed in the portal and by the service providers needed to deliver and bill your service. I use it only to provide your service, send you invoices and renewal reminders, and meet legal obligations.

What I never do

• I don’t sell your data.
• I don’t add you to mailing lists without asking.
• I don’t share your details with anyone except the providers needed to deliver what you ordered, or when the law requires.

How long I keep things

Quote requests are kept as long as needed to deal with your project, and a reasonable time afterwards. Order and billing records are kept as long as accounting or the law requires. You can ask me to delete what I hold about you, apart from records I’m legally required to keep.

Your rights

You can ask me what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Write to me@wajdi.dev and I’ll answer.

Changes

If I change how I handle data, I’ll update this page and its date.
